The stillness of a room with a teapot on a table
and a bag on a sofa brings many things to mind
while observing it.
The theme of Hermès for 2017 is ‘Object Sense’.
The objects have an infinity of meanings. Why
are they there? Who do they belong to? Is
something going to happen?
These windows are part of the Maison Hermès Ginza building in Tokyo Japan, designed by Renzo Piano, the flagship store and corporate headquarters of Hermès.
The graphics of this display are by the Japanese graphic designer Norio Nakamura. Nakamura allows viewers to enlarge their imagination, sometimes mixing abstraction and figuration play- fully. By using and adapting his graphics, we created the displays for the windows, balancing the space available.
